Last updated July 2026. Please read these Terms carefully — they include an arbitration agreement and a limitation of liability that affect your legal rights.

1. What this service is

Co-Packer Index ("the Index", "we", "us") is an informational directory of contract manufacturers and co-packers compiled from public sources. Listings are provided for general informational purposes only. We are not a party to any transaction between a brand and a manufacturer, and we do not broker, audit, inspect, certify, or guarantee any manufacturer, product, production run, or transaction.

2. No warranties

The Index is provided "as is" and "as available". We make commercially reasonable efforts to check facts against public sources on the dates shown, but we do not warrant that any listing is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any purpose. Minimum order quantities, certification status, FDA records, and contact details change; always confirm directly with the manufacturer and the issuing body. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. FDA records and certification listings

FDA flags reproduce dated records from public FDA datasets, with the government source linked, matched by the exact-name rules published on our methodology page. They are statements about public records, not about current operations, quality, or compliance. Certification entries are statements that a company appeared in an issuing body's public listing on the date shown, nothing more. If you believe a record is matched to the wrong company, use the correction page — verified correction requests are honored promptly and free of charge.

4. No promise of results

Paid claimed listings provide a verified badge, MOQ verification, a backlink, and inclusion in Index pages. They do not and cannot promise leads, enquiries, sales, revenue, search rankings on third-party engines, citation by any AI system, or any other business outcome. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of results.

5. Paid listings: billing, refunds & cancellation

Claimed listings are billed as a monthly subscription via Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. Refunds: we refund your first charge in full if you request it within 14 days of that charge — email listings@copackerindex.com from the address used at checkout. Subsequent charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation: you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Lapse: when a subscription ends — by cancellation, expiry, or repeated payment failure — the verified badge and dofollow link are removed and the listing reverts to its free, facts-only form. 6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Index or these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100. In no event are we liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.

7. Binding arbitration; class-action waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Index or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in the State of New Mexico, USA, before a single arbitrator. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action; disputes are resolved only on an individual basis. Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property or unauthorized-access claims in a court of competent jurisdiction.

8. Corrections, claims, and removal

Any manufacturer may correct or request removal of their listed facts free of charge via our correction page. We honor verified removal requests promptly. Rights-holders may submit a takedown notice to the contact below.

9. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell, or bulk-copy the Index, misrepresent your affiliation with a listed manufacturer, or use the Index to violate any law. Company names and marks are used for identification (nominative fair use) only and remain the property of their owners.
