Correct or Remove Your Listing

Anyone at a listed company can fix a fact, dispute an FDA-record match, or remove a listing — free, no claim required.

What you can request

• Correct a fact — address, phone, website, categories, certification entries, published MOQ.
• Dispute an FDA-record match — if a warning-letter or recall record on your profile belongs to a different company with a similar name, tell us; wrong matches are removed, not argued with.
• Remove the listing — verified removal requests from company representatives are honored promptly.

How

Email corrections@copackerindex.com from a company email address (or include something that lets us verify you speak for the company), with:

1. the listing URL,
2. what is wrong,
3. what it should say (with a public source if one exists).

We aim to process corrections within 5 business days. Corrections never cost anything and never require a paid claim — removing any motive to leave wrong facts up is the point of this page.
